In the realm of decision-making, creating a reliable and objective system to evaluate and rank options is crucial. I recently completed a project focused on developing a Decision Support System (Sistem Pendukung Keputusan or SPK) to determine the best employee in an organization. This project employed the Multi-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method, a well-known approach for handling multi-criteria decision-making scenarios.

Project Overview

The primary objective of this project was to create a system that could objectively evaluate and rank employees based on multiple criteria. The system needed to be efficient, accurate, and easy to use, providing clear insights into which employee stood out as the best performer.
